The central location made exploring local eateries easy. The room's balcony offered fine views. Pro tip, finding the entrance took some effort-definitely consider a map or GPS for ease.

Here's what works, and what doesn't

The location was very nice, just steps from the Duomo. Lovely staff provided excellent service and helped with taxi arrangements! Our spacious room was not only clean but also charming, with a good balcony for evening relaxation.

The steep entrance steps were a hassle with luggage. The noisy street outside might disrupt light sleepers. Shower temperature control was hit or miss , impacting the overall experience.

The staff were very, very nice, thanks to them everything was great. We took a classic double room and it had coffee, a very good WiFi, and a kettle. The hotel's location was very central, right next to the main square. The breakfast was very very good and plentiful, thoroughly enjoyed its service.

Very handsome, large, comfortable and quiet room. Excellent location with several very good restaurants, cafees and bars within easy walking distance.

The location is great, just great. Renovation in the house has been done with a very great expertise and with quality materials. Mobility commendably has been taken into account very well. Although the hotel is beside a lively pedestrian street, sounds couldn't be noticed inside. Free parking was arranged a couple of hundred meters away. Hinta-laatusuhten jokainen maeaerittelee itse, mutta palvelu ja sen taso on suomalasittain heikkoa. Ei ravintolaa, ei baaria, ei minibaaria, netti ei toimi huoneessa ja hotelliin on mahdollisesti vaikea loeytaeae autolla.

Internet was not free and the wireless-net didn't work in hotel rooms. The hotel service is not the same as its physical characteristics. We found this hotel's services and feeling quite dour or cold. Far away from the friendly and cozy italian service. One reason could be the lack of launguage skills. Staff spoke / understood english or german very poorly. The breakfast was not worth of that money (€ 26/ two persons). Next time we'll search an other one, there're many of them available in the next door. There was a coffee maker in to room but no water/soda/coke. There was no bar or proper reception where you could by bottled water/beer/wine at evenings because the staff/owner went home and they left the clients alone in the hotel. Final assessment: Hard measured values ​​8 ½. Hospitality and services not even 5.

Luxury hotel in the heart of Bergamo Old Town. A bit too expensive, but recommended. Lift. Spacious room and modern big bathroom - very comfortable. Breakfast not included, but coffee, tea and kettle are in the room. Dosc luksusowy hotel w samym sercu Citta Alta, z winda. Duzy pokoj i lazienka, dobrze wyposazone. Sniadanie nie jest wliczone w i tak juz dosc wysoka cene, zamiast tego czajnik, kawa i herbatka w pokoju.

Request a room overlooking the quieter side to enjoy peaceful sleep despite the lively streets outside.

The room was cosy and nice, friendly staff, homemade breakfast, very nice.

Nobody spoke english, long way to parking possibility.

Upon arrival, I found a steep set of stairs that was quite challenging to navigate, particularly if you have heavy luggage. The check-in process was disappointing as the room wasn't ready at the stated time. While the breakfast was okay, it lacked fresh vegetable options, which left me feeling unsatisfied.

Very good location in old part of city - close to a number of good restaurants and wine bars. Attactive old building, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Great location right on Piazza Vecchia and the heart of the old town, a large room and recently modernized bathroom. I also liked having a tea making facility.

The windows of our room opened onto stairs and a walkway for the apartment block beside and behind the hotel which meant noise and no privacy unless the windows were closed all the time No wi fi
